ONE ON ONE
Not everybody feels comfortable in group sessions when starting something new or when exercising in general so I offer the opportunity to help you experience a great form of exercising with comfort by taking the time to focus on your individual needs tailoring the session just for you. This is by special arrangement only.

CHAKRA CLEANSING
Special Asanas can be done to help clear the chakras, although this is Kundalini Yoga not Hatha,
I am able to to create a class dedicated to this. For example, the Root Chakra benefits from downward dog and warrior 1. Concentrating on the lower portion of the body the legs, ankles and feet. The element for this chakra is earth. Involvement with the earth helps balance the energies in this chakra.
MEDITATION
Meditation is a communication with the Inner self. It helps you control emotions that may lead you to wanting to eat while juice fasting. It will also help you to find out the deep down triggers that lead you to depression, gain weight and any other problems you may be experiencing in life in the first place.

GROUP CLASSES
Our group classes take place in the garden or at the local beach with our fabulous weather and beautiful surroundings it would be rude not too! Watch this space for the indoor venue which should be confirmed very soon.
